4. Fun and Serious –

Resistance workouts 2x/wk.

Cardio day 1x/wk.

Journal provided to log nutrition choices made per day

Weekly assessment of diet choices

$850/mo.

5. Full overhaul! –

Resistance workouts 2-3x/wk.

Cardio workouts 1-2x/wk.

Diet guidance starting in your kitchen, including shopping trip for making best choices and journal to log nutrition choices

$1000/mo.


Packages can be paid for in cash or check per month.  I am not a nutritionist or a dietician, but I have taken courses and am well-educated on making better, healthier choices for your body.  Each individual has different needs and will make different choices in food.  My goal is to make you more aware of how food affects your body and mind.  Together we can take inches off your waistline and help you to have better energy!
